Forward Team Dynamics began because we saw firsthand how poor teamwork and the lack of good communication hurt organizations. We experienced the frustration and emptiness that comes from teams not working well. We also witnessed the incredible power of cohesive teams and the profound impact of building trust. This contrast—the pain of fractured teams versus the strength of unified ones—drove us to create a company focused on helping leaders build strong, connected teams.

I've seen it firsthand across the globe during my 23+ years as an officer in the United States Air Force and another 12 as an Air Force civilian. Leading and developing teams in that environment teaches you a thing or two about what truly unites people and drives results. My deep fascination with leadership and human behavior has even taken me to lecture and run workshops for some of the highest levels of military organizations worldwide. I specialize in team development through self-discovery and understanding others. As a certified PDP Professional, experienced speaker, and retreat facilitator, my mission is simple: help leaders like you elevate your game and truly unite your teams.
